LPC Supervision

Grow in Confidence.
Strengthen your Clinical Identity.

Supportive, collaborative supervision designed to help provisionally licensed clinicians build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and develop an authentic professional identity.

My approach to supervision

Supervision is not just a requirement for licensure—it is a formative process where clinicians develop how they think, how they conceptualize cases, and how they show up in the room with clients.

As a Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor, I provide supervision for Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselors (PLPCs) that supports strong clinical foundations, ethical decision-making, and the development of a grounded professional identity.

While rooted in evidence-based practice, supervision also honors the personal values, meaning, and purpose that each clinician brings to their work. I believe there is no single “right” way to be a therapist, and I enjoy helping clinicians identify and develop their own authentic clinical voice.

Together, we explore case conceptualization, clinical skills, and self-awareness in a way that supports both confidence and depth in your work with clients. Supervision is a space for thoughtful reflection, meaningful growth, and ongoing professional development.

Whether you are beginning your professional journey or continuing to refine your clinical identity, supervision is designed to support your growth with clarity, confidence, and integrity.
